This all inclusive week in paradise offers 2 paths for you to explore and choose your own adventure with, whether you’re coming to relax or enjoy continuing education and career advancement:

• Option 1: Trauma Informed Aerial Yoga Teacher Training (AYTT) Retreat – morning meditation, session for learning, optional evening practices and full moon event

• Option 2: Quantum Restore Retreat- morning meditations, shadowwork, innerchild woek and play, evening regenerative yoga, and full moon event.

**Option to book the 17-23 as well

• Every morning there will be an optional collective morning meditation open to all guests

• Every evening all guests will come together for a regenerative yoga practice

• Opening and Closing Ceremonies, Full Moon Ceremony, Ecstatic Dance

Limitless: Trauma Informed Aerial Yoga Teacher Training (AYTT) Retreat

Kate will be instructing this Limitless Trauma Informed Aerial Yoga Teacher Training focused on maintaining the integrity of traditional Tantra Yoga with the benefits of the aerial hammocks and the overall growing needs of our community.

This training teaches:

• Anatomy and Physiology with Biomechanics for Aerial

• Teaching Psychology and Methods

• Basic Energetic and Yoga Philosophy

• Safety and Risk Management

• Aerial Yoga Postures and Sequences

• Scalability/Progressions and Adaptability

• Rigging and Equipment Maintenance

• Liability

Trainees will receive an Aerial Yoga Teaching Manual and be required to complete the training, exercises, community hours, student evaluations, and a practical to receive their certificates.

Tricia will guide you deep into your subconscious to help you identify the core-seed belief systems and programming that keep you stuck in unwanted coping mechanisms and generational cycles or patterns that can disrupt your life, whether it manifests emotionally, physically, mentally, or spiritually. 5:30-6:45pm Restorative Yoga

We’ll take you to our favorite beach for swimming, surfing, snorkeling, and enjoying the beautiful ocean scenery!

Layers for hips, thighs, ankles, shins, elbows

Ginger or Sea Bands for dizziness
