Thai and Fly (also called Nuad Boran) is an ancient energy-based healing art that combines acupressure, assisted stretches, reflexology, breath and energy work. This service will be uniquely designed to fit your needs and can include therapeutic flying to bring more of a sense of weightlessness. Receivers are fully clothed and the treatment is given on a mat on the floor. The body is slowly and firmly moved and compressed to relieve tension and to clear energy blockages. Thumbs, palms, hands, elbows, knees, forearms, feet and toes are used to remove tension with constant relaxing wave-like movements. The gentle touch of this practice will open your eyes and heart to a renewed self and body.
