We offer a variety of traditional and nontraditional individual, prop based, and partner based classes to help you practice your yoga - the connection of mind, body, and spirit, in our current day and age.  We are happy to offer weekly Yoga in the Park! classes June-August when the weather is favorable!

Limitless Stillness - DONATION (must pre-register)

Limitless Stillness is a meditation class designed to tame the “monkey mind” through various ancient techniques like mantra, japa, and guided meditations.  Perfect for the brand new and advanced practitioners looking for a little guidance, community, and support in their practice. Learn to slow down a touch, turn inward, and become more focused and clear in your daily life.

This is a donation based class.  Please offer what you’re able, and feel free to come if all you’re able to offer is your spirit to the room! Please join us to grow together. If no one is pre-registered 1hr to class, the instructor will NOT be there, so please pre-register.

Limitless Ebb and Flow

Limitless Ebb and Flow is designed to be a Hatha yoga class focused on the balance between solar (heating) and lunar (cooling) energies of the body.  This class is ALL LEVELS and will enable students to explore the depths of postures (asana) and breath (pranayama) to find a deeper awareness and understanding, while balancing that depth with gentle flows to find equilibrium in the growth process.  

Limitless Flow

Limitless Flow is an ALL LEVELS vinyasa inspired class designed to seamlessly help you flow through meditation, breath work and asana (posture) to allow practitioners to connect deeper into their personal practices with ease and comfort on and off of the mat.

Vinyasa can be translated to "placing in a special way" to ensure that each movement made is purposeful, thought out and then felt to truly tap into a deeper connection to your own experience.

**Modifications will be provided for all levels of practitioners, so please tell your instructor of any special needs so they may assist you in having the best experience possible!

Limitless Alignment

Limitless Alignment is an Iyengar inspired yoga class great for those who are just learning the yoga asanas and for yogis wanting to refine their asana practice.

This practice recognizes and appreciates the benefit of Iyengar’s use of props to access proper alignment in the practice of asanas/yoga postures with ease and support.

Instructors have finely tuned eyes for the direction of your energies in the body and a masterful way of communicating the flow of these energies verbally, visually, and with physical adjustments.

Limitless Infrared Therapeutics

Limitless Infrared Therapeutics is a yoga class to release fascial binding, provide comfort, support, and ease to the myofascial (muscular) structures of the body with deep healing assistance from infrared light therapy.  This class is all levels and focuses on bringing balance and space back into the body through therapeutic applications of asana (postures), pranayama (breath), mudras (hand gestures), and dhyana (meditation).  

Enjoy the use of props and hands on therapeutic adjustments to ensure a positive and supported experience.

Limitless Energetics

Limitless Energetics is a class that will focus on deepening your connection to your energetic body.  This class consists of yoga postures, mindful movements, mudra (gestures), bandha (locks), subtle energetics (vayus), breath work, deep relaxation and meditation woven together in a special way to reach a specific desired energetic result.

Anytime you mindfully move and shape your body and breath, you are altering the energetic landscape inside of you. Through the practice, you will feel a positive force begin to manifest that is beyond your thinking mind. The more awake you are for this experience, the more your practice will change you - on and off the mat.

At the heart of this class is the reminder of your essential nature, your true Self, so you can live beyond any limits.

Limitless Balance

Limitless Balance is a class designed to enhance your ability to find your center to balance on hands, forearms, feet, your head, and your bum!

Instructors of Limitless Balance is an ALL LEVELS class that will take you through a balance centered flow to explore how to stay in your center while exploring new challenges, perspectives, and orientations. Progressions will be offered to new and advanced students to enhance their balance practices.  

Enjoy a yummy savasana and thai massage to unwind post-flow.

Limitless Kundalini

Limitless Kundalini is inspired by Kundalini Yoga, founded by Yogi Bhajan, is a science, art & technology designed to stimulate the rise of creative energy in the body. The practice itself consists of the following elements: asana (posture), pranayama (breath work), mudra (hand gesture), bandha (body lock), mantra (chanting), and meditation. Each class will lead students through a kriya, or set of exercises laid out in sequence to create a powerful, specific energetic effect such as heart-opening, digestive support, glandular cleansing, etc. Join us each week for an authentic experience of a true ancient healing system.

Limitless FUNdamentals - Acro Yoga

Limitless FUNdamentals is an acrobatic yoga class designed to teach you the fundamentals of acro yoga, basing, flying, and weight sharing. No experience is necessary for this class, and all levels are welcome to learn, communicate, build trust and reliability, laugh, and have fun!

No partner is needed - we will happily pair you up with a new friend for the class and you will assist with spotting as needed!

Please pre-register. Class needs at least 3 students enrolled as this is a group activity, so grab a few ladies and gents along the way! The more the merrier! If there are not 3 students registered, class may not happen. If 3 are pre-registered, you may drop in without prior registration!

Limitless Acro Condition and Transition

Limitless Acro Condition and Transition is an acrobatics class is designed to bring acro yogis together to build the strength, trust and communication needed for a higher level of practice. Skills learned will include partner balance, L basing, acro transitions, therapeutic flying, Thai massage, group and trio flying, two highs, and hand to hands. Join us in elevating the acrobatic yoga community of Fort Collins to new heights!

Aerial Yoga

 

Limitless Flight and Flow - Aerial + Yoga

Limitless Flight and Flow combines the art and science of aerial acrobatics and a traditional yoga practice in this 75 minute class.

Students will use ground based floor practices to deeply connect mind, body, and spirit before and after learning to maneuver within and utilize the aerial hammocks, silks, or lyra for complimentary acrobatically based tricks to help them heighten their awareness in the air.

This class is designed to address the therapeutics and complimentary movements an aerialist (and the general population) may need to maintain a strong mind and body. It will help to deepen flexibility and teach injury prevention.

No experience necessary. This class is limited to 8 people. Please pre-register. If no one is registered, an instructor will NOT be on-site.

Limitless Strength - Ground and Air Conditioning 1

Limitless Strength - Ground and Air Conditioning is an intro and all levels strength & conditioning class that utilizes functional training exercises designed to specifically improve your technique and skills and ability in the air.   Exercises translate to our AnikolovArts Aerial Dance program, acrobatics, climbing, CrossFit and lifting, and other modalities.

We will incorporate a variety of movements working on the ground and with aerial silks, slings, and lyras to  increase stability, control, and precision focusing heavily on core and upper body while enjoying and increasing flexibility and awareness of the entire system.

Come experience some of the “favorite” exercises performed for aerial arts to get your whole body feeling strong and lean to take your workouts to the next level.

You DO NOT need to be an AnikolovArts Aerial student to join this class.

Limitless Strength - Ground and Air Conditioning 2 (see pre-reqs)

Limitless Strength - Ground and Air Conditioning 2 is designed for students who have the capacity to invert themselves comfortably and repeatedly in the fabric or lyra.  Conditioning exercises will be focused on an intermediate-advanced level, though still scaled and assisted in regards to the students' level of technical execution to ensure that all students are challenged and advancing their strength and skill set at a safe and appropriate level.

Prereqs:

6 eggs, 6 pike-straights, 3 consecutive 1234s, 3 ball up mounts (lyra).

Limitless Flexibility & Conditioning for Aerialists (see pre-reqs)

Limitless Flexibility & Injury Prevention for Aerialists class will incorporate techniques from yoga, circus, and dance to safely enhance deeper flexibility and injury prevention tips of the key body areas used during an aerial practice.

Classes will vary in content each week, but will have focuses on back bends, hamstring, shoulder, chest, hip and forearm opening, joint mobility, and discuss injury prevention tips to promote a body that is open and agile. Students will be guided to deeply connect to their body awareness and breath through the play of fine tuning body adjustments to further deepen the length in their muscles and tissues. Breakdown on proper alignment and muscle engagement through these exercises are also highlighted.

Though geared towards aerialists, this class is open and beneficial for all students who meet the prerequisites below:

Comfortability to explore (you don't have to have them mastered!) more advanced postures such as splits, full wheel pose, Y-scales, L-scales, and full dancers pose, ability to hold postures for 45-60 seconds.

Limitless Flight - Aerial Yoga

Bring the ancient practice of yoga into the air with Limitless Flight Aerial Yoga Classes.

This class will utilize the aerial sling to support, open, and release the body through ground, air, and combination postures/asanas, breath work, and meditation practices.

Must pre-register. If no one registers, there will not be an instructor present.

Limitless Lunar Flight - Aerial Yoga

Bring the ancient practice of yoga into the air with Limitless Flight Aerial Yoga.

This LUNAR class is ALL LEVELS and will utilize the aerial sling to support, open, and release the body through ground, air, and combination postures/asanas, breath work, and meditation practices. This is a therapeutic and restorative class designed to cool and rejuvenate the body.

Must pre-register. If no one registers, there will not be an instructor present.

Limitless Solar Flight - Aerial Yoga ( see pre-reqs)

Bring the ancient practice of yoga into the air with Limitless Flight Aerial Yoga.

This SOLAR class is a LEVEL 2 class that will utilize comfortability in the aerial sling to support, open, and release the body through ground, air, and combination postures/asanas, breath work, and meditation practices.

Appropriate for those who can comfortably hold their body weight in their hands for 10 seconds and feel comfortable with inversions. 4-8 regular Aerial Yoga or Sling classes are suggested prior to taking this class. Aerial Yoga privates are available to help you enter this class as well.
