We offer live stream ONLINE and IN PERSON Integrative, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Regenerative, Meditation, Trauma-informed, Nidra, and Vinyasa Flow style yoga classes as well as in-person Aerial Yoga and Flight + Flow classes.

Our classes are a variety of traditional and nontraditional individual, prop-based, and partner-based yoga and movement classes to help you practice your yoga - or your connection of mind, body, and spirit in our current day and age. 

Our classes are SMALL GROUP, so they max out with 4-8 students so you receive a personal experience and a high level of instruction and safety.

Balanced Flow Yoga (available online)

Limitless Balancing Flow is a Hatha-based yoga class designed to balance the mind, and the body, and bring ease to your overall energy through practices that are geared toward bringing your nervous system back into homeostasis and balance.  

This is important because until we achieve this balance our bodies and minds have a hard time healing and sorting things out which leads to disease, stress, anxiety, depression, cognitive and focus issues, decreased productivity, memory loss, etc. Once we establish practices to bring this balance back, we can start healing and start feeling awesome ourselves both on and off the mat!

This class is a great beginner-level class with the pacing and time spent exploring postures and practices, but teachers will also cater to our more advanced students with challenging options and pathways to explore physically, mentally, and spiritually. 

Strength and Aerial Fundamentals

Limitless Strength and Aerial Fundamentals is a ground and air circuit styled training class designed to help you increase flexibility, strength, endurance, and body awareness while helping build functional foundations for a healthy body and mind.  

It is perfect for BRAND NEW beginners with zero fitness backgrounds up to lifestyle athletes and professional aerialists.

There is a HEAVY emphasis on injury prevention and corrective exercise to keep you safe as your strength progresses! 

*This class is specifically geared,  but not limited,  to help prepare your foundational strength for an aerial practice for those interested in circus arts and with our Limitless Flight - Aerial Yoga classes.*

Expect to sweat, work at your own level, build strength and flexibility, increase your endurance and have a great time with the community! 

Energizing Flow Yoga (available online)

Limitless Energizing Flow Yoga is a class designed to help you get up and get your energy moving for the day through a flowing and dance pace of postures, breath, and mindfulness tools. 

This class will help you get your heart, mind, and body in sync, awake, and ready for life's adventures with cardiovascular, strength, balance, and active flexibility challenges. 

Flex and Balance

Limitless Flex and Balance is a cross-training flexibility and hand balancing practice to help create a strong, healthy range of motion, balanced muscle activation, and stability required for arm balancing. This class is geared toward helping aerialists move comfortably and safely through their range of motion.

Flexibility and Mobility

Limitless Flexibility and Mobility is a class for both individuals starting their flexibility journey and those wanting to work proper technique and safety in their range of motion.

You will be guided through a safe, full body, warm up. Working into increasing overall flexibility and mobility through active stretches and range of motion exercises. While receiving tips to better understand your body and how it moves. 

Perfect for those wanting to increase mobility and awareness, balance out imbalances from repetitive lifestyle patterns like sitting for school or work, the beginner who doesn't know where to start, and those who want to work on strength, control, and support in their range of motion.

Flow + Restore Yoga (available online)

Limitless Flow + Restore Yoga is an all levels flow yoga designed to help you restore energy levels, healthy range of motion, release excess tension, and feel all around supported in mind, body, and spirit.  We will utilize myofascial release techniques, traditional asana (postures), breath practices, and meditative techniques to help you connect more with your self and restore your natural energetic balance. 


Handbalancing Jam

Join LBL to learn joint training techniques and tips for creating sustainable handstands and other arm balances. No experience necessary! 

Guided class, or feel free to use it as open playtime to work on handbalancing with the community. 

Open to all levels.

Heart Flow Yoga (available online)

Limitless Heart Flow Yoga is a yoga class specifically designed for cardiovascular health and your mobility and stability through your chest and shoulders. 

Learn traditional practices and philosophies to work with your heart chakra energy as well. This center is called Anahata and refers to our pure state or "unstruck" version of self, which is what we will work to cultivate in this practice through flowing asana, mantra, awareness practices, meditation, and stillness. 

Meditation and Intention (available online)

Come explore the seventh limb of yoga, meditation.  

Through this class we will explore intention setting and how to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life.

We will open in community sharing, work through guided pranayama, explore meditation practices, and have time for questions and reflections. Please bring a journal to class. 

Students will be encouraged to explore prompts and mindfulness off their mats and in life. 

Flow Yoga Fort Collins

Morning Viniyoga Flow (available online)

Limitless Morning Viniyoga Flow is a beginner-friendly, all-level class focused on helping your mind and body find ease through viniyoga techniques including gentle slow-flowing movements, nerve glides, breath work, and mindfulness practices.  Learn to energize your mind while you unwind anything that feels stuck and set your intentions for the week! 

No experience is necessary. 

Philosophy Flow Yoga (available online)

Limitless Philosophy Flow Yoga is an all levels flow yoga class designed to weave in the philosophy and myths that make up the core of yoga teachings. Enjoy guided posture, breath, meditation, and other unique tools to leave you feeling balanced, inspired, and curious about how you can apply the knowledge and wisdom from the mythology of the practice to your daily life.

Regenerative Flex and Flow (available online)

Limitless Regenerative Flex and Flow is a class that combines breathwork, myofascial release, corrective exercise, restorative yoga and yin technique, and a combination of both passive and active flexibility to help you feel safe, healthy, and empowered through YOUR range of motion. 

This class is appropriate for individuals just starting their yoga or flexibility journey to those working with contortion training that want to unwind and open up while focusing on restoring the integrity of movement patterns. No yoga or flexibility experience necessary!

Perfect for those wanting to increase function, balance out imbalances from repetitive lifestyle patterns like sitting for school or work, the beginner who doesn't know where to start, and those who want to work on supporting their range of motion with sustainable biomechanics as they work on deepening it along the way!

Relax and Ground Flow (available online)

Limitless Relax and Ground Flow is a yoga class designed to leave you feeling completely relaxed and grounded down to your core! This all levels class welcomes students of all capabilities and backgrounds to gently flow and explore breath, movement, and other practices to specifically restore  energy levels, bring balance to the mind, and find ease overall.

Strengthen and Flow Yoga

Limitless Strengthen and Flow Yoga is a beginner friendly all level focused flow to build strength, awareness, and sustainability through your posture and movement patterns, breath, and transitions.  A great way to cultivate a bit of energy, confidence, and give yourself a boost!

Vinyasa Slow Flow Yoga (available online)

Limitless Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga is a beginner-friendly all levels vinyasa styled flow class designed like a waterfall: to move powerfully and purposefully then slowly work towards an easy slower flow that eventually leads to stillness. 

Build strength and endurance while learning to systemically unwind from the effects of the stress of the day on your body and mind.

Yin/Restorative Yoga (available online)

Limitless Yin/Restorative Yoga and Reiki is designed to help restore the nervous system and promote healing. 

Students will practice yin and restorative postures to target the facial tension and emotional tension stored in the body. Postures are practiced with mindful breathing for 1-5 minutes both with and without the use of props and support mechanisms. 

The teacher will offer reiki support to further help your nervous system relax and move into a restorative state to relieve stress, anxiety, depression, unresolved emotions, and promote overall wellness, health, and a positive sense of self.

This class is an all-levels class.

Yoga for First Responders (available online)

Join us in this traditional yoga class taught by trauma-informed coaches and designed specifically for our local first responders. 

The class will be tailored to those in the room with adaptations offered to help with injuries and injury prevention in students' specific fields. 

We will explore different breathwork techniques, meditations, postures, and nervous system regulation practices to help you better learn how to downregulate and come back to ease when your job or life becomes a bit too overwhelming, as well as how to cultivate more energy, and a steady peace of mind and heart. 


Yoga Nidra (available online)

Yoga Nidra - Meditative Sleep is perfect for anyone seeking stress reduction as it is considered "yogic sleep" with a half-hour being approximate as restorative on your body as 3 hours of true sleep. 

You will be guided through a gentle flow, breathwork and then settle into a relaxed state of mind to train your brain how to get out of high beta brainwaves and into theta and delta brainwaves to decrease stress and anxiety, improve heart rate variability (a measure of the health of your nervous system function), and improve overall well-being. 

No experience is necessary.

Flight and Flow - Ground and Air Yoga

Limitless Flight and Flow is an all-levels ground and air yoga-styled class.  

You'll spend half of the time doing traditional yoga asana (postures) and pranayama (breathwork) while the other half of the class you will get into the aerial hammock and explore an aerial yoga flow that targets spinal decompression, myofascial release, trust, balance, and alignment support! 

No experience necessary! Our coaches will help you figure out how to work with your body and mind in class.


Beginner Aerial Yoga

Limitless Beginner Aerial Yoga is for those brand new to aerial, yoga, and movement! No experience, strength, or coordination necessary.  That's what we'll be teaching!

This class will utilize the aerial sling to support, open, challenge, and release your body through ground, air, and combination postures, breath work, and meditation practices.

Flight - Aerial Yoga

Bring the ancient practice of yoga into the air with Limitless Flight Aerial Yoga Classes.

This class will utilize the aerial sling to support, open, challenge, and release the body through ground, air, and combination postures/asanas, breath work, and meditation practices.

If you have your own aerial hammock, please bring it to class to help us with our COVID safety protocols.

Aerial Yoga Therapy - Spine Support

Limitless Aerial Yoga Therapy - Spine Support is a class geared towards decompressing, strengthening, and stabilizing our spine and central energy channels through aerial yoga. You will work with a yoga therapist and corrective exercise specialist to feel empowered, encouraged, and embodied through your practice of intuitive and guided yoga asana/posture, pranayama or breath and energy practices, bandha work, and meditation practices. 

This is a great class if you would like to learn more about your spine and how work with your energy levels, decrease pain and anxiety levels, improve your mental health, boost your balance, reconnect with your body, manage stress loads, and feel embodied and authentic in yourself.
