We offer live stream ONLINE and IN PERSON Integrative, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Regenerative, Meditation, Trauma-informed, Nidra, and Vinyasa Flow style yoga classes as well as in-person Aerial Yoga and Flight + Flow classes.

Our classes are a variety of traditional and nontraditional individual, prop-based, and partner-based yoga and movement classes to help you practice your yoga - or your connection of mind, body, and spirit in our current day and age. 

Our classes are SMALL GROUP, so they max out with 4-8 students so you receive a personal experience and a high level of instruction and safety.

Water Flow Vinyasa Yoga (available online)

Water Flow Vinyasa is a vinyasa flow yoga session to ground and center, warm and energize in a 75 degree studio, as well as relax and release. Use yoga as a pathway to healing with a trauma-informed lens, drawing on principles of Polyvagal Theory (nervous system awareness), while applying yoga as a method for metabolizing life’s challenges — from everyday stress and physical tension to the deeper emotions that arise in response to planetary crises like climate change. Enjoy a compassionate, encouraging style that creates space for students to process, grow, and transform their experiences into meaningful action.

Earth Flow Vinyasa Yoga

All levels grounding flow class incorporating meditation, breath work, and asana to create a moving meditation to get you into your body.

We will flow breath to movement allowing all to work at their level while increasing stamina and strength. Learn to connect deeper with ease and comfort on and off the mat.

Benefits: Increased endurance, strength, release stress, and build your focus.



HOT VINYASA Yoga (available Online)

Join us for a hot and sweaty Vinyasa class. Flow with your breath, find depth in your practice, flush your detox and energy pathways, and learn to temperature regulate while finding a sense of peace as you enjoy your yoga practice in our hot studio set between 90-95.

Not suitable for beginners. Benefits: Strength, endurance, balance, cardio, calm, tone



Buti Yoga

Center & Flow Yoga

Center and Flow is 85 degree warm all-levels, ground-based, slow-flow yoga class designed with pilates elements to help you deepen your central strength and awareness. This class uses traditional techniques to help you stabilize your pelvis, shoulders, and spine while developing a deeper mind-body connection and sense of self and center.

Benefits: Improves functional strength, flexibility, and mobility in the core.



HOT Pilates Mat & Barre

Hot Pilates Mat + Barre class offers a total-body workout with an emphasis on core strength. The class combines cardio with toning and sculpting exercises, without stressing your joints. You'll engage in work at the barre to tone your thighs, hips, glutes, and calves. Benefits include improved posture, balance, stability, and muscle definition. Plus, we keep the vibes high and start the day with inviting and uplifting music to keep you moving.

All levels and ages welcome. Get ready for a hot class that will leave you feeling strong and invigorated!



Flex and Flow Yoga

Join our new and seasoned teachers in an active flexibility and flow-based yoga class focused on building strength, stability, and safe mobility through active strength-based yoga asana, mindful breath techniques, props, and full-body connection. Perfect for anyone wanting to progress or stabilize their mobility sustainably.

All levels are welcome. Props are provided, but bring what makes you feel comfortable!

WARM Unwind and Flow Yoga

Unwind in a warm 80 degree room and combine breath work , myofascial techniques, corrective exercises, restorative and slow flow yoga techniques to help you be more embodied and at ease in yourself. This class will help you feel safe, healthy, and empowered through your range of motion. Teaches students to use gentle techniques to treat pain and improve function while melting away into a blissful and light state.

Benefits: Improve function in the body’s muscles and connective tissue, balance out imbalances from repetitive lifestyle patterns like sitting. Support/ increase range of motion with sustainable biomechanics.


Yin/Restorative Yoga (available online)

Limitless Yin/Restorative Yoga and Reiki is designed to help restore the nervous system and promote healing. 

Students will practice yin and restorative postures to target the facial tension and emotional tension stored in the body. Postures are practiced with mindful breathing for 1-5 minutes both with and without the use of props and support mechanisms. 

The teacher will offer reiki support to further help your nervous system relax and move into a restorative state to relieve stress, anxiety, depression, unresolved emotions, and promote overall wellness, health, and a positive sense of self.

This class is an all-levels class.


Restore + Reiki Yoga (available online)

Restore your nervous system and promote healing of mind and body in this luscious 60 minute class. Students will practice yin and restorative postures to target the facial and emotional tension stored in the body. Postures are practiced with mindful breathing for 1-5 minutes both with and without the use of props and support mechanisms.

While you explore poses, receive reiki support to further help you relax and move into a deeper restorative state to relieve stress and tension.

Benefits: Restore energy levels, reset the nervous system, unwind stress, nourish joints and connective tissues



HanDstands

Ready to flip your perspective? This all-levels class blends yoga, acrobatics, and strength training to help you build confidence and technique in handstands—whether you're just starting out or refining your balance. Expect fun drills, partner work, and supportive coaching in a playful, empowering space. Come as you are, and let's turn your world upside down—one handstand at a time!



Ecstatic Dance

Come dance to your heart's content in our downstairs studio and connect to your bliss! This ecstatic and somatic dance class is an organic dance, yoga, and whatever movement class to help you feel into your body, unclutter your mind, move therapeutically, release stuck stress, and find a sense of freedom, joy, and your ecstatic nature as you move.



Kundalini Dance

This class is a fusion of powerful movements and rhythmic beats, strength, and mobility training designed to brighten your spirit and hold space for your soul, with a little added spice. In this class learn how to take control of your energy, bring peace into your day, release discomfort and rage, and feel comfortable in your skin. Expect to learn to shake off your woes, and connect to your peace within by learning isolated breath and movement that helps you to feel free! You may feel most comfortable in loose, cotton clothing but wear what makes you feel joyful and at ease. See you there!



Contemporary/Modern Dance

In this class, we will explore a wide range of dance techniques on the ground, including floor work, spatial and bodily awareness exercises, and creative movement pathways. While feeling the flow of the music and developing your own movement style, you’re sure to have an inspiring time!

Bellydancing

In this class you will learn traditional belly dance techniques and how to link movements to together to build simple choreography. You will drill strength exercises to build skills and stamina for dance. You will learn to isolate different muscles to ass interest and variety to basic belly dance techniques.

Ground and Air Fitness

Enjoy an all-levels class focusing on strength, stability, and aerial fundamentals for circus arts or just functional and healthy living. Enjoy ground and air circuit training designed to help you develop healthy biomechanics while increasing active flexibility, strength, endurance, balance, and overall body awareness. We will give options for your level and you'll work at your own pace with the exercises. HEAVY emphasis on injury prevention and corrective exercise to keep you safe as your strength progresses! IntRo to Aerial Yoga

Have you thought aerial yoga looks like fun, but also thought you’re not strong enough to flexible enough or brave enough or anything else enough? Then this is the class for you!

This class prioritizes finding joy in movement, being in the air, and being accessible to everyone, over being a strict yoga class. Everyone is always encouraged to ask for help, clarification, alternatives/options, or another demo. And as with all of our classes, everyone is encouraged to show up as their authentic selves 🏳️‍🌈

Everything we do in this class will have options so you can feel comfortable picking your own adventure. Each week, and as you gain comfort and strength, you can pick the options that feel right for you.

Flight and Flow Aerial Yoga

This flight and flow yoga class is an all-levels combination and blend of traditional grounded yoga with the unique aerial practices to fully support, open, challenge, and release the body and mind through postures/asanas, breath work, and meditation practices.

Benefits include: Peace, increased strength and awareness, spinal decompression, balance support, endurance

ALl Levels Aerial Yoga

This all-levels class combines traditional yoga with the aerial sling/hammock to support, open, challenge, and release the body and mind through ground, air, and combination postures/asanas, breath work, and meditation practices.

Aerial Yoga Therapy -6 Week Spine Support Series

Aerial Yoga Therapy - Spine Support is a 6 week class geared towards decompressing, strengthening, and stabilizing the spine and central energy channels through aerial yoga. Work with a yoga therapist and with corrective exercise to learn and feel empowered, encouraged, and embodied through your practice of intuitive and guided yoga asana/posture, pranayama (breath practices), bandha work, and meditation practices. 

This is a great class if you would like to learn more about your spine and how work with your energy levels, decrease pain and anxiety levels, improve your mental health, boost your balance, reconnect with your body, manage stress loads, and feel embodied and authentic in yourself.
